About the Meeting at the UAE Media Council

On May 15, 2025, a meeting took place between the Belarusian delegation and the Secretary-General of the UAE National Media Council, Mohammed Saeed Al Shehhi.

The meeting was attended by Pavel Lazovik, Chief Director of “Belarus 24” TV Channel, Dmitry Voroniuk, Deputy Chief Director of “Belarus 24” TV Channel and Aliaksei Zhaldybin, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Dubai.

The parties discussed opportunities for promoting Belarusian television and digital content in the UAE, including documentaries, news programs, and cultural projects. They also explored ways to adapt Belarusian content to the requirements of the Arab media market, including integration into local platforms.

Additionally, the meeting covered initiatives for joint TV programs, the exchange of expertise in media regulation, and support for journalistic initiatives.
