Visit of Consul General to RAKEZ

Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Dubai, Aliaksei Zhaldybin, visited RAKEZ as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation between Belarus and the United Arab Emirates. During the visit, a meeting was held with the CEO of RAKEZ, Ramy Jallad.

The parties discussed prospects for attracting Belarusian companies to the UAE’s free economic zones, expanding exports of industrial and agricultural products, and exploring opportunities for production localization. Particular attention was given to cooperation in logistics, high technology, and sustainable development, as well as to creating a favorable business and investment environment.

Representatives of RAKEZ presented the zone’s investment potential and incentives available to foreign investors. Aleksei Zhaldybin highlighted Belarus’s interest in expanding its presence in the UAE market. The meeting concluded with both sides reaffirming their commitment to continued dialogue and the implementation of joint initiatives.
