Meeting with leadership of Dubai migration

A meeting was held between the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Dubai, Aliaksei Zhaldybin, and Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai).

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing cooperation between the competent authorities of Belarus and Dubai in the field of migration. Particular attention was paid to modern approaches to migration management, digitalization of residency and migration services, improvement of administrative procedures, and the application of advanced technologies.

The parties also discussed practical matters related to the entry and stay of Belarusian citizens in the UAE, as well as cooperation on consular and migration-related issues.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their cooperation and further develop direct working contacts between the competent authorities of Belarus and Dubai on matters of mutual interest.
